--RHP Jim Miller will be recalled from Class AAA Norfolk, the Orioles announced after Sunday's game. Miller, 26, was 3-5 with a 3.09 ERA in 49 relief appearances for the Tides after going 0-1 with a 3.46 ERA in seven games at Class AA Bowie.
--LHP Garrett Olson will be recalled when rosters expand Monday, and he will start the first game of a three-game series in Boston. Olson, 24, was optioned to Class AAA Norfolk Aug. 20. --RHP Radhames Liz will be recalled when rosters expand Monday to make Tuesday's start in Boston. Liz was demoted Saturday when the club recalled INF Oscar Salazar, but Liz remained with the club, rather than reporting to Norfolk.
--CF Adam Jones has been medically cleared after fracturing his left foot in early August, and will be activated from the 15-day disabled list Monday. Jones has taken batting practice and fielding practice regularly for the last week, but did not make a rehab appearance.
--1B Kevin Millar went 0-for-3 Sunday, extending his slump to 0-for-11. Millar has one hit in his last 22 at bats, a home run Aug. 27.
