BALTIMORE (AP) - Jeremy Guthrie was activated from the disabled list Saturday and scheduled to start the Baltimore Orioles' season finale against Toronto.
Guthrie hasn't pitched since Aug. 29 because of a sore right shoulder. He will start Sunday against the Blue Jays.It will be a bookend performance for Guthrie, who also pitched on opening day for Baltimore. A victory would even his record at 11-11.
Notes: The Orioles will finish the season with home attendance under 2 million for the first time since they moved into Oriole Park at Camden Yards in 1992.
