Sarfate faces surgery on clavicle

BALTIMORE (AP) - Orioles right-hander Dennis Sarfate will have surgery on his clavicle Tuesday and expects to make a full recovery by spring training.

Sarfate sustained a right distal clavicle fracture while moving into his home in April. He dropped his keys, and when he bent down to pick them up, the door he swung open hit him in the right shoulder.
